3 c. diced rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 c. whipping cream, 1 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rhubarb, water, and sugar until tender and runs through a sieve. Pour into ice cube tray and chill. When chilled, take out and beat smooth. Add lemon juice, salt, partly thawed strawberries, and whipped cream. Return to trays and freeze.
