1 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs
1/4 - 1/2 c Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/4 - 1/2 c grated Romano cheese
lots of chopped Italian flat leaf parsley with stems removed
garlic powder
salt
pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
This is one of those recipes in which I don't measure anything. Start with less bread crumbs and cheese and add more if needed. The meatballs need to hold together and not be too dry before cooking.

Form small to medium meatballs from the mixture and fry in medium heat with olive oil.

Cook slowly and brown the meatballs on all sides being careful not to burn them. After cooking, drain them on paper towels.

These meatballs are great to serve with a homemade tomato sauce!
