Ingredients:  
3 eggs, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. scalded milk, pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar and flavoring. Stir in scalded milk slowly. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set dish in pan of hot water and bake at 350 oven for 1 hour.
