1 c. uncooked white rice, 1 stick butter, 1 can beef consume, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix, 1 beef bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
In casserole dish add rice, butter, soup mix & mushrooms. Pour beef consume into measuring cup and add water to make it 2 1/2 cups. (2 1/2 c. total of both water & beef consume) Add bouillon cube and heat until desolved. Add to rice and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is done and liquid is absorbed.
