1 bg Frozen Hash Browns
1 16oz Sour Cream
1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese
1 8oz Bag Sharp Chedder Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can of French Fried Onions
1 stick of butter / margarine
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 4oz chedder cheese, cream cheese ( broken into pieces NOT melted) salt and pepper to taste.
Stir mixture until evenly distributed. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with pan coating then pour casserole mixture into the baking dish.
Spread the remaining chedder cheese onto casserole and then top with the french fried onions. Melt butter / margarine and drizzle on top of casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 -40 minutes or until cooked through.
