4 c, oatmeal, 1/2 c. dark syrup, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 3 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING: 1/2 c. peanut butter, 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together, and bake 375 for 15 min. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave. Spread over bars.
