1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 cloves minced garlic
2 lb. peeled shrimp
1/2 cup dry sherry or wine
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
3 Tbs lemon juice
3 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
16 oz. cooked angel-hair pasta

Directions:
In large skillet over medium heat on stovetop, saute garlic in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp begins to turn pink. Add sherry, lemon pepper, lemon juice. Simmer until liquid is almost absorbed. Sprinkle with parsley and stir gently to mix. Serve over angel-hair pasta.
