2C. diced ham
1bunch table onions(diced)
1 can diced green chilis
1small white onion(diced)
2C. sour cream
1 cream cheese
shredded cheddar for desired thickness (usaually 1-2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
dump all ingredients in a crockpot except the shredded cheddar. Stir ocassionally until the ingredients are melted, then add the shredded cheddar as needed until desired dip thickness is reached. Great in a bread bowl, but Simon loves it with scoop chips!
