1 c. butter, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 c. flour, 2 egg yolks (beaten), 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. maple extract,

1/2 c. of crushed nuts to roll cookie balls into before baking.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order, roll in balls, dip in chopped nuts and press down with thumb. Bake and frost. Use food coloring for seasonal colors
