1 pound ground beef,
1 small onion or 1 bunch green onions,
2 pods garlic diced,
1 package taco seasoning (McCormick is GF, others are not),
1 can tomato/chilie mix,
2+ cups of water,
1 can corn,
Shredded longhorn cheese,
Sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat adding onions and garlic before completely browned. Add taco seasoning and stir into mixture. Add the tomatoes and water. Cook about 30 minutes or more. Add corn. You can also add other veggies for a heartier soup. Serve with shredded cheese and dollops of sour cream.
